UCMS’s ’25th General Assembly’ treated more than 1 lakh 50 patients annually

Health News / The 25th Annual General Meeting of Universal Institute of Advanced Studies and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. (UCYMUS Teaching Hospital) has been completed in Bhairahawa. The ’25th Annual General Meeting’ was held under the chairmanship of UCMS Teaching Hospital President Ramesh Sharma and company secretary Raju Basnet Chhetri.

The managing director of the organization, Khuma Aryal, expressed his opinion on the questions and inquiries raised by the shareholders participating in the general meeting. The annual report presented by Chairman Ramesh Sharma and the financial statements presented by Company Secretary Raju Basnet Chhetri with the audit report of the financial year 2079-080 have been unanimously approved.

The General Assembly has passed the resolution regarding acquisition of some shares of Nepalganj Medical College under Lord Buddha Educational Academy Limited. Likewise, the president of the organization, Ramesh Sharma, has also passed a resolution congratulating and congratulating him on being appointed the non-paid ambassador of Kyrgyzstan.

UCMS Public Relations Officer Sushil Gurung said that it is the first medical college in Nepal to be affiliated with Tribhuvan University, which is run by the private sector in health services and was established in Bhairahawa in 2054. He said, “In addition to providing universal and quality health services, the organization has expressed its commitment to focus its activities more effectively in the future.” ‘
